The owners have done a good job of maintaining the condo over the years. Even though it's one of the older condos on the beach, it is in better shape than some of the newer ones. There is a laundry area with washers and dryers are located at the complex. Some owners have installed washers and dryers in their own unit. There is plenty of parking, including some garages. At this time, there is an on-site rental office. Or, you may choose another off-site rental management company. We do not handle rentals.
